You will learn how to interpret antibody titers to determine whether birds are responding to vaccination, exposed to infection, or experiencing a disease outbreak. The course also demonstrates how ELISA is used to detect foodborne pathogens, including Salmonella and E. coli, supporting food safety and public health protection.
